Shire Agents and a shoutout to Luke Harper, my managing agent. Having them managing my rental properties for years has made being a landlord stress-free. They keep me informed, look after the tenants and handle maintenance and legislation without a fuss. Truly a reliable local expert you can trust with your investment. Shire agents and Luke thank you. After a long-term tenant moved out, the apartment needed a complete makeover. What could have been a very stressful process became seamless thanks to the team at Shire Agents. Their knowledge, guidance, and support in coordinating trades made all the difference, and I felt confident knowing I had their support throughout the process. The result speaks for itself: just two days after the apartment went on the market, the lease was signed, with the new tenants moving in the following week. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to the team for making what could have been a challenging experience so straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shire Agents to other property owners, landlords, and anyone looking to rent. Their professionalism, knowledge, and support make them a pleasure to work with.

Since the inspection, I have found that every staff member who have helped me and my family with our rental, have been fantastic! They've been so prompt with every enquiry, lead with professionalism and empathy. Would highly recommend to others!

Special thanks to Ee for her exceptional communication and amazing energy in making the transition smooth for all concerned!
