Kore Property Management has always been excellent in managing our property. Communication has always been excellent, with our Property Manager Alicia being responsive, approachable and always keeping us well informed. Their strong knowledge of the local market gives us confidence that our property is being managed appropriately. They always act in our best interest. Their professionalism and reliability have made a positive and stress free experience. We would highly recommend their services.

Alicia my property manager is fantastic. She is professional, knowledgable and efficient. Having had a bad property manager in the past, it is a breath of fresh air.

Being interstate, we rely heavily on our managing agent on the ground. We find that Kore has excellent market knowledge when it comes to re-letting and maintaining our investment units. Our primary contact Alicia is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly in all her dealings with us. We have confidence that our tenants are being managed fairly and that any issues (eg repairs) are handled promptly and efficiently.

Looking for a good rental agency. Great experience and highly capable staff in the PM team.

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The process of finding a tenant for our property was very easy and very simple thanks to Jasmine. Extremely recommended

Thank you for making the transition into renting from ownership so easy in a difficult time. All staff we have dealt with personally have been very supportive and helpful

The team were very helpful and quick to respond when i had any enquires.

Mary has been fantastic for us. Her communication has been direct and she has looked after us so well. When away the communication with Highland office has also been very good.

Alec and his team successfully found new tenants for my apartment at Cronulla first viewing. I would really like to congratulate Alec and his team for their prompt communication, organization and professionalism. They made the process simple and seamless. Thank you

They were very keen to come and inspect my unit after it was renovated. It took them only one week to have it rented out to a very good tenant and at right rental amount $$.

Communication is very good. Advice is sound. Consistently professional and helpful. Thank you for the great service Brad and Teagan!
