Excellent service, great communication, went above and beyond when we were looking at investment properties, we would recommend Pinnacle to anyone requiring real estate management.

I've been renting from Pinnacle Properties Qld for the past 6 years, and I couldn't recommend them more highly! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly and professional—always quick to respond to questions, handle maintenance requests, and make the whole renting process feel seamless and stress-free. Whether it's sorting out a minor repair or just checking in on how things are going, they go above and beyond with genuine care. Hands down, the best real estate experience I've had. If you're looking for a hassle-free rental, this is the team to trust! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Melvyn and the team at Managed are professionals who understand the market well. They had great recommendations and delivered the results we expected quickly and efficiently. Thank you

I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.
