Agencies in Essendon, VIC, 3040

I've known and working with the team of Galldon agency for over 20 years and based on my personal experience and day-to-day dealing I have full reassurance and trust in both sectors, sales and property management. Straight forward communication style is the main key, excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and agent's professionalism makes Galldon Real Estate to stand out from the rest.

Friendly, professional, and very patient. Communication was prompt, and the whole rental process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Quick responses, informative responses

This is a small real estate agency, but those who handle property management do it quickly and efficiently like Carl and James, exactly as a property owner would expect from a management team.

Carl and James were amazing. From the start of the process in guiding us on required works on the property to ensure compliance to having our tenants move in within weeks of the first open. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and personable and responsiveness is unparalleled. Will definitely use again

I had a very positive experience working with James and Carl from Holland Price. They coordinated necessary works efficiently, listed the property promptly, and secured quality tenants within a short timeframe. They maintained excellent communication throughout and provided strong support during the entire leasing process.
