Massive shout out to Corinna and the Barker Real Estate team. After dealing with another agency for 12 months I was losing confidence in holding onto my investment and thought about giving up property investing, selling up and moving on. I reached out to Barker Real Estate a couple months before my contract would expire with the other agency and explained the situation. Corinna jumped into action and was very helpful during the transition. It’s only been 2 months and I can say she has done an amazing job managing the property so far. Compliance items and basic maintenance are being attended to and the professionalism and communication from Corinna is outstanding, if there is a concern I receive a phone call, email or text and whenever I reach out to Barker Real Estate, I actually receive a reply which is more than I can say for other agencies in Adelaide! Ownership Statements come on time, every 2 weeks, and I am no longer getting overdue letters for water and council rates. I would not hesitate to recommend Barker Real Estate to anybody else looking for a property manager.

Communication from all team members has been brilliant. Worked very hard to get tenants in as soon as possible. The only thing I was disappointed with was the detail provided around potential tenants was quite limited, made it hard to choose.
