After dealing with another agency for 12 months I was losing confidence in holding onto my investment and thought about giving up property investing, selling up and moving on. Corinna jumped into action and was very helpful during the transition. It’s only been 2 months and I can say she has done an amazing job managing the property so far. Compliance items and basic maintenance are being attended to and the professionalism and communication from Corinna is outstanding, if there is a concern I receive a phone call, email or text and whenever I reach out to Barker Real Estate, I actually receive a reply which is more than I can say for other agencies in Adelaide! Ownership Statements come on time, every 2 weeks, and I am no longer getting overdue letters for water and council rates. I would not hesitate to recommend Barker Real Estate to anybody else looking for a property manager.
