We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
