Agencies in Fitzgibbon, QLD, 4018

Jim McKeering Real Estate has been managing my property for the last eighteen years. I have never had any concerns during this time, they have been on the ball with tenants, maintenance, prompt statements and payments. I feel landlords are particularly well off with the owner of the business, John McKeering, also being a registered builder and has repairs and maintenance well in hand. On the advice of the Agency I have completely upgraded and renovated one of my units with John being able to do the bulk of the work. I am so appreciative of all the help and assistance awarded me! Thank you so much Jim McKeering Real Estate!

Fast response to communications and friendly service. Great fee package that doesn’t charge extra for things like monthly statements makes sense.

Definitely recommend Bowmaker Realty. I secured a tenant at above rental market rates for the area, and they kept me up to date at all times with the steps taken.
