Very happy with there performance and would recommended them to anyone

We have used All Properties Group for several years now and they have never failed us. Always impressive, quick to inform us of any issues with our property and equally fast to act on those issues. They know their market well and have found great tenants for us, with the property rarely untenanted. We have complete faith in their ability to manage our property competently and professionally. All the agents have proven to be reliable, honest and responsive. Nothing takes too long and everything is handled with a minimum of fuss. Overall, great agency and great agents.

We have worked with several real estates in the past but have found All Properties Group Logan- Shailer Park to be the most professional & thorough agents we have ever come across. I would highly recommend using All Properties Group Logan - Shailer Park.

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

Highly recommend Jackie and Jana from my Logan realty. I have investments in other states and the team is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all of aus! Keep up the good work

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

I cannot recommend Kelly Fernandez from Ray White Alliance highly enough! From the very beginning, Kelly was incredibly professional, supportive, kind and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the process of securing a rental property for our family. She went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. When I wasn't able to attend the property inspection, Kelly kindly took a video of the inside of the home so I could view it, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Kelly is also an excellent communicator, always responding to questions and queries promptly and making sure everything was clearly explained along the way. She was approachable, accommodating and so helpful, and we always felt supported throughout the entire process. Securing a rental property can be quite a stressful experience, but Kelly made the whole journey so much easier with her genuine kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you, Kelly, for going above and beyond and for making such a positive difference to our experience. You are a real asset to Ray White Alliance, and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for a wonderful property manager or real estate agent. We are so grateful for all your help!

Very happy with our experience. Communication was excellent, and any queries were handled quickly and professionally. Would happily recommend.

Very helpful and great to deal with.

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person
