Nisha is professional, initiative, flexible and sensible with strong market knowledge that I rely on. Also love that she trusts her gut instinct.

We’re very happy with Nisha - she is definitely a ‘do-er’! Nisha has great communication, she is highly efficient and doesn’t beat around the bush which we really like. We have complete trust in her savvy instincts and know that she will do the best by us and the tenant. As we hadn’t tenanted a property for a long time, Nisha has guided us through the process, rules and regulations and was spot on with her rental estimate. Nisha secured a tenant quickly and with a minimum amount of fuss which saved us from having an empty property. We highly recommend Nisha - she is exactly the reason why we signed with a small owner operated business and not through a franchised real estate operation. It’s the little things that make all the difference.

Excellent communicator and extremely detailed to make the transition very smooth and easy. Not task is too big and will always answer your messages and needs.

Thanks Tanya for looking after our property and being proactive in resolving issues.

Tanya made the entire process of finding & signing up a tenant straight forward and smooth. Both duplex were rented within 2-3 weeks from hitting the market with high quality tenants presented to me.

Tanya is very professional and thorough. She is a problem solver and does not work like a post office.
