The stove was broken and has been repaired.

Ally Southern from Arnold was very cooperative. the whole process was smooth.

We had an excellent experience with the team in advertising and leasing our property. They have an excellent understanding of the local market, provided great advice throughout the process, and their communication was exceptional from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they secured a tenant, with our property being leased in less than a week! Their professionalism, market knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property management team. Excellent service all around!

Jayden was my last resort with green street after multiple issues internally with other agents I nearly pulled property’s from green street however Jayden had been absolutely outstanding

Great service and recommendations towards my property

I had a very bad experience with a tenant who ended up abandoning the property with rental arrears, property damage, and rubbish strewn all over the place. Green Street have gone above and beyond to help resolve what has been a nightmare situation. Monique and Jody have organised rubbish removal, cleaning, repairs, maintenance and more - everything required to get the place in a fit state to rent as soon as possible, all while liaising with strata, which at times can be very frustrating and tedious. They have also helped me with my insurance claim to claw back as much money as I can. Their efforts to help sort all of this out have been exceptional.
