Agencies in Florey, ACT, 2615

The agent was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. We had a great experience renting the property and would happily recommend their service to others.

I cannot recommend the Property Management team at HIVE Property highly enough. Having dealt with a number of property managers over the years, the experience with HIVE has been exceptional and genuinely stands apart. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly professional, proactive, responsive and thorough. Their communication is outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble, and I have complete confidence knowing that my property is being managed with the same level of care and attention as if it were their own. What I appreciate most is that they are always one step ahead. They keep me informed, deal with matters promptly and professionally, and make owning an investment property feel completely stress-free. The level of service and attention to detail they provide is something I simply haven't experienced with other property management agencies. I have been so impressed with HIVE that I have now asked them to manage all of my investment properties moving forward. For me, there is no greater recommendation than entrusting them with my entire portfolio. An absolutely outstanding team and without question the best property managers I have ever used. If you are a landlord looking for a team you can genuinely trust to look after your investment, I would highly recommend HIVE Property.

Have just starting renting with Hive, and it has been a great experience so far. I have communicated with a number of staff: Caitlin Brodribb the property manager at the inspection and through the application process, property manager Sim Kaur when submitting enquiries, to other staff when picking up keys at the office, and all have been friendly and helpful. Fast turnaround on application approval and easy application process. Also, the provided condition report has to be the most comprehensive I have ever encountered - much appreciated.

Easy application process and review result came in quickly. Well maintained property

Courtney made the process of settlement easy and stress free. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to deal with rentals other than Courtney makes you feel like you aren’t a number and priorities her clients I feel very privileged and look forward to working with her professionalism and knowledge throughout the industry you would be silly to deal with anyone else

This new purchase was given the attention it deserved and the outcome was perfect!
