Overview of Forest Lake, QLD, 4078

With Q Realty, we got a positive response from the owner within 1.5 hours, that they were happy for us to be their new tenants. We have had good contact with Katie, Mark & Marcelo Q Realty, and would encourage anyone with any real estate needs to contact Q Realty. And our Property Manager Marcelo has given us a positive vibe, and we look forward to our association with him. Cheers Ken

The team has been a wonderful support in helping me find my first rental property in QLD. They are reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I look forward to engaging with them again in the future.

The team at Q Realty is super responsive. They have been managing our property since 2016. All inspections are carried out on time and they are very professional when it comes to maintaining relationships between the tenants and owners. If we are not happy about any repairs/replacement quotes they will promptly find alternatives.

Michelle Hales is an outstanding Property Manager, far exceeds our expectations. Her communication and organisation skills are exceptional. She has outstanding knowledge and gives professional opinions on anything you ask her. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a Property Manager, she will not disappoint.

The best real estate I have rented through and would endlessly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area. Our property manager Michelle was always quick to answer any questions or concerns and has always been so kind, helpful and informative. Renting through Raine & Horne Springfield had really restored my anxieties about the renting process and really assured me that as tenants we can and do get support when the right people are looking out for us. Thank you to the kind staff for such a wonderful experience!

Being first time landlords we have found Strud property very efficient in helping us through the process of getting our property ready . Quick responses to any questions we had made things a lot simpler.

Everyone at STRUD property has gone above and beyond making the process of a rental so easy and stress free, with no issue explaining anything and giving correct detail and information to make the process easier. Highly recommend to anyone

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person

A lot of knowledge regarding rental properties

Our whole experience with Carolyn and the team has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We required a fair bit of assistance to get the property ready for market and ap-realty were able to quickly organise the trades and achieve compliance quickly.
