The team at GoodHaus couldn’t have made leasing our property any easier. They were extremely organised, always available when I had questions and found a great tenant at the first inspection. Strongly recommend.

I have been impressed with Goodhaus since our first viewing of our current rental. From my experience Stephanie and Goodhaus in general are fast with responses whether I’ve had a question or a maintenance request, they’ve been right on top of it. We had our first inspection, usually I ask for feedback but this time I didn’t need to, we got a detailed report of how the inspection went which makes me feel good because we do our best to keep a house in good condition. It was nice to have that little bit of validation. This is a modern agency and you can tell by the impressive systems that they use. Moving house as a tenant can be stressful when you don’t know how it’s going to go with new real estate agents but I’m yet to feel uncomfortable with Goodhaus. Good job Goodhaus!

They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent.
