I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

unfortunately we ave been unable to complete the ownership docs but hope too shortly and proceed to rental agreement.

Response time was outstanding. Applied about 1pm by 4pm i received a phone call saying I was successful.

Stephanie and Les were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. They managed the application, assessment and agreement process really quicky. They were and remain clear with all communication and are very responsive to emails.

Stephanie and Natalie from Goodhaus were excellent to work with from the get go, and we had a very smooth and positive experience renting our property out with them. They were professional and great to communicate with. 10/10
