Turn around on application was quick and seamless. We’ve only been renting for a few months in our current place and they have been excellent communicators and very responsive.

Property Manager and Leasing Agents Anita Dunning and Ana Ramic at Fremantle RWDG once again worked seamlessly to ensure minimum time and disruption re-tenanting our property. The entire process from old tenant move out to new tenants moving in was handled with absolute efficiency and professionalism. Thank you, Anita and Ana

From the first interaction with Delilah from Yard property, it was a very professional experience with a lot of support and advice. The outcome of leasing my property was as promised - in a timely and efficient manner.

I had a fantastic experience with Delilah from start to finish. Her local knowledge was outstanding, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, timely, and proactive at every step, so I always felt informed and confident. On top of being highly professional, Delilah has been genuinely delightful to deal with—friendly, approachable, and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Yard to anyone looking for a great experience when leasing property.

Delilah was amazing during the whole process and extremely professional and efficient. She is great to work with and I am happy she is handling my property.

I've had an excellent experience with C&CO Real Estate managing my rental property from overseas. Pia and Kyla have been outstanding property managers - their communication is prompt and clear, they keep me regularly updated on everything, and they handle issues efficiently without me needing to chase them for information. What stands out most is how easy they've made the entire process - managing a property from abroad can be stressful, but they've made it straightforward and hassle-free. They are friendly, responsive, and clearly know what they're doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C&CO Real Estate, particularly if you're looking for property managers who combine professionalism with genuine approachability.

From our first meeting with Pia we were were put at ease that she would lease our home like it was her own. Pia’s communication is efficient and easy to understand, drama free dealings with personality. The use of modern software makes everything so easy, when it comes comes to paperwork.

All experiences and services through C&Co have been wonderful. They are prompt and professional. My property manager Pia is incredible, she gave me all of the information relating to the process of renting out my house, has clear communication, and takes on each request or question with positivity.
