Agencies in Gailes, QLD, 4300

The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.

Gabby have been very helpful and keep us up the speed

We are very grateful for the way Ray White Redbank Plains has dealt with the change of rental tenants in our Colane St properties. They were so professional and reliable when it came to inspecting our properties immediately after the tenants moved on and making sure everything was dealt with properly. This thoroughness has reassured us that our properties are in the right hands when it comes to Real Estate Agencies.

Ranita and her team are friendly and professional. They get the job done in a timely manner. They defer to me when necessary, and only when necessary. They respect my wishes and preferences, and generally make my life easier.

Considering how stressed we have been in this awful rental market, Flourish have eased our worries and have been great to deal with. From the initial inspection with Ranita, to the signing of documentation, so far its all gone extremely smoothly. Ranita answered our questions very efficiently and considerately. Very friendly and approachable staff. 10/10

I can't praise Flourish Homes highly enough. They sold me the property and have continued to manage it for the three years since then. They are great communicators and assist both the tenants and me, the owner. Highly recommended ⭐️

We’ve had an exceptional experience with our property manager. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. His communication is fantastic, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He’s genuinely approachable, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Communication was clear and concise and response times were prompt and efficient. I would recommend this team for future tenancy or any property agreements.

EResidential have been great throughout my relationship with them. Ivan has been the best property manager and also gave me lot of expert advice on many issues related to my prooperty. His local knowledge of the area has been great. I would definately go with him in my next rental property also.
