In addition to all maintenance requested by tenants, she helped us to successfully complete several large tasks like oven replacement, bathroom refurbishment, garage ceiling replacement and roof repointing, offering better living environment for tenants. When tenants decided to leave, she guided them for exit actions, teamed up with Jordan Lunan for advertisement and application assessment, and secured a new lease very soon.
