JJ Property manage my property, letting me know whenever an issue arises that requires my attention in a timely fashion, while fully taking care of all mundane dealings. At the few occasions my tenants have not renewed their leases, usually as they have moved town or bought a place at the end of their lease, JJ Property have found a new tenant quickly so the property has never been empty for more than a few days between tenants. I have had this rental property since 1995 and only been with JJ Property for the last few years, and they have been the most competent property agents I have dealt with.
