Overview of Gilberton, SA, 5081

I dealt with celeste at the agency Who was very knowledgeable and professional and help me in renting my house

Excellent service received from both Karl and Celeste, who are a pleasure to deal with: very professional, great knowledge of the market, efficient, excellent prompt communication, attention to details. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property manager

They communicated positively and made it clear what the aim was. They replied to all messages almost instantly. They showed that they have a thorough knowledge of the market. They strategically tested the absolute max and pulled back to the best amount with immaculate timing. Yet another of many fantastic professional experiences for us! Yes, the market is strong in our suburb for rental, but we felt like we came out with a big win getting the same or better results than other similar investors. Top job!

We were renting our property privately until our friend planned to move out, and then we asked LJ Hooker to manage our property and find us new tenants. They did a great job advertising and organising house inspections, and found us new tenants within a couple of weeks!

Kirsty and Jaiwan have been amazing, from start to finish of getting our two new properties ready for rental has been managed really well. It’s been a stress free process experience and I highly recommend.

They do care about your property.
