After renting the same property for 18yrs, my family and I found ourselves having to find a new home as the owner had decided to sell. What followed was an incredibly stressful and emotional journey. Finding a suitable property was proving much harder than i had imagined, and after countless disappointments, I was beginning to lose hope. Little did I know my luck was about to change when I applied for a property and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vathani. From our very first interaction, I knew I was dealing with someone truly special. Vathani was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding of our situation. For the first time throughout this difficult process, I felt someone was actually listening. I wasn't just another applicant or a number.I was a person with a family who desperately needed a place to call home. Vathani went above and beyond to make us feel supported, valued and cared for. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel as though we were being looked after by family rather than a real estate agency. In an industry where the personal touch can sometimes be forgotten, Vathani is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. What started as one of the most stressful chapters of our lives became such a positive experience, and for that, I will always be grateful. Vathani, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, patience and professionalism, but most importantly, for treating my family with such genuine care and respect. You made a difference in our lives when we needed it the most.❤️ I can not recommend Vathani highly enough. Five stars simply are not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CENTURY 21 Pereira Group definitely above the rest 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Team are/were incredibly professional and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, being extremely responsive to our queries, making the transition into our new home seamless and stress-free.

Joshi John and his team did an outstanding job leasing out our property in a short period of time. From the start, he demonstrated excellent market knowledge, correctly assessing the rental demand and delivering a price we are very happy with. His open homes were well-organized and efficient, and his follow-up communication was great. Rental team - Ashish and Priya - took the time to carefully select and recommend the best tenants for our property. Their professionalism, dedication, and expertise made all the difference. We highly recommend Joshi and his rental team to any landlord looking for a reliable and results-driven agent.

Have been dealing with Move Realty for a long time. Used them for selling and also managing our property. Easy to communicate with them and also they listen patiently to our needs. Overall, very good experience so far. Would highly recommend to anyone.
