Erin and the property management team are amazing to deal with. They are efficient, professional and locate high quality tenants. This is my second time working with the team and once again they found my tenants off market and with less than a week vacancy time from when I moved out. I am always looking for great tenants but even more importantly I am looking for great property managers that look after my tenants. A happy tenant is a well looked after house. Sadly I have rented houses managed by other agencies in the Narellan area and I know first hand what it's like to be treated poorly by less than ideal property managers. And it's reassuring to know that Erin and her team respect tenants and will always manage expectations of landlords and tenants to achieve the right outcome for both.
