David was excellent from the first moment we had our initial discussion back in 2024 about buying a new house. He remained very professional and always provided timely and easy to understand answers to my many complicated questions over the course of nearly 2 years when I finally managed to buy a place in 2026. Rather than writing long complicated emails, David always picked up the phone and called me to explain things.
David remained patient over this time providing valuable information and looking at various options to achieve my goal.
He definitely took lot of the stress out of applying for a mortgage as he did bulk of the legwork required in getting pre-approval so I could bid confidently at auctions or submit a price. The end settlement ended being a very smooth process thanks to David.
