Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!
