My experience with Professionals Stirling Clark has been wonderful. I'm on the tenant side of thing's and found the whole process of acquiring the property (thanks Charlotte) to rental inspections (thanks Alyssa) to be very friendly and straight forward. They have always been a phone call away if needed and answer with happy friendliness.. .even to my stupid questions : ) Keep up the great work guys!

Communication was so good from first day i met the house agent ,she was smiling ,she is someone with experience in her job.She answered all my questions clearly and even mentioned for any future what i need to know not to hesitate to contact her. She kept updating me of progress of my application and every single step. May she keeps upthis good attribute!

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.
