Great communication and great service!

Lauren and Emma have been good with helping us - friendly team.

I met Ali a few weeks back … doing a final inspection on the property that I Rent! Highly professional … she explained everything that she went through with me the inspection! Kayla was very help full with all my questions that I did not understand … highly recommend The professional services that I got from the staff at ORANA Property Management!

Process was positive and easy. Good communication and highly efficient from signing the contract to have tenants move in. Was such a smooth experience.

I've been with Xceed for just over a year now, and they've been very helpful in managing my property in WA. Communication is never a problem and they have a great attention to detail which I very much appreciate. They also did a great job securing my next tenants for the property. Will definitely stick with Xceed for the coming future.

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Thank you Karen McKenzie for everything & to Elders Real Estate too would highly recommend them . Thankyou

My experience was very good throughout the hole process

I use this agency to manage multiple properties and find them to be efficient and effective.

Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret

We had a recent great experience with Vivid Property, our property manager. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and responsive to our requests. The entire process was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail.
