Rachel was very easy to deal with helping make our leasing process smooth and easy. The application was processed promptly and Rachel followed up on our questions to verify her answers. Rachel gave off a friendly and honest vibe and we didnt feel details were being hidden from us.

Rachel was so warm and inviting during the initial inspection. She had great knowledge of the place and was able to answer all our questions. Rachel started processing our application almost immediately and was communicative throughout the whole process

Remax have been great in the process of securing our rental. They communicated really well and were flexible with our move in date. Thank you!

I have been having my property with RE-MAX managed for quite a while and they have been looking after it very well. I suggest this agency to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy agency and team. Great service, prompt action

The team that I dealt with at Remax were responsive and professional. It made my experience as a tenant stress free, knowing if something needed to be addressed it would be dealt with professionally with all parties in mind. Having property managers like this for my properties in the past would have put my mind at ease.

Since engaging Remax to manage my property Mel my property manager has been amazing. Dealing with a number of difficult scenarios. Mel is always pleasant to deal with great communication keeping me updated at all times. Mel has made herself available even on her days off which has been greatly appreciated. I changed to Remax and glad I made the change.

Richard and staffs at The Bolton were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and quick response to any questions or queries. Fully recommended as agent for Landlord or Buyer/Sellers

Dealing with the Bolton Group Realestate Agents is easy and trouble free, what I mostly appreciate is the great Service / Comunications and Transparency. Thank you Team Bolton Group

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Linda Dixon from The Bolton Group Estate Agents. From day one, Linda has been incredibly proactive and always quick to respond to any questions or issues. Her communication is clear, timely, and professional, which has made managing our investment property completely stress-free. What really stands out is Linda’s attention to detail and her genuine commitment to looking after both our property and our tenants. She’s consistently gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and we feel very confident knowing our property is in such capable hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Linda and The Bolton Group to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality property management.

Raine & Horne have managed my property for 20 years with no issues. Unfortunately, I had problem tenants recently, but Rachel Chanoff my managing agent has done an excellent job of dealing with them, as well as securing new tenants which at this stage seem great. Rachel is fantastic to deal with and always keeps me up to date with everything that’s happening. She also provides good advice so I can make an informed decision. I want to thank you Rachael, for all your hard work. It’s a pleasure dealing with you.
