I have a few properties managed by Sandy and the team at Smith & Li, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They take care of everything for me, so I don’t have to worry. Sandy keeps me in the loop about all my rentals and is quick to handle any issues that come up. The communication is clear and regular, which gives me peace of mind. It’s great knowing my properties are well looked after. I’m happy to recommend Smith & Li to anyone needing trustworthy property managers.

Sandy and the Smith & Li team have been looking after several of my properties for a while now. They always make things easy for me and handle everything in a professional way. Communication is great—I always know what’s happening with my rentals. If there’s ever a problem, Sandy sorts it out quickly and keeps me updated. I trust them to take care of my investments and would recommend Smith & Li to anyone who wants reliable, friendly property managers.

Sandy has managed our property for a few years now, and we’re always happy with her service. We just had new tenants move in, and the whole process was easy and smooth—just like always. Sandy kept us updated at every step, so we always knew what was happening. She answers our questions quickly and makes everything simple for us. We feel our property is in good hands and trust Sandy and the Smith & Li team completely. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

Very helpful and professional. Clear communication and attention to detail. Excellent support.

Our property was leased on the first inspection, it's a great job, Jess. We are happy with the professional service at Harcourts Marketplace so far.

Jess and Tegan at Harcourts Marketing place have been invaluable in the management of my property. I've gone from wanting to dispose of my asset to now renting at 25% increase from rent previously received. Communications are great, and they are a preactive friendly managers!
