We recently rented our house out through Cassandra Jeffs at NGU Real Estate Ipswich. From our first contact through to finding the right tenants she was professional and pleasant to deal with. Always prompt at responding to any queries and emails we can not fault her service. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Cassandra as a property manager!

Great communication and service

From initial inspection with Kate to signing of documents, all members of the rental department including Jaylia have been fantastic, polite and always offering assistance if required.

We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

Katrina the Property Manager at R&H has liaised well with our tenants over the years and always followed up on maintenance issues including big ticket items such as ducted AC replacement. During the recent sale of our investment property, she coordinated the rectification of issues as highlighted in the Building and Pest Report in a smooth and fuss free manner. Thank You.

Property Manager Michelle Hales met with us in the empty house to review its ongoing condition. We were delighted with the overall first impression and condition of the house, which speak well for the management of Raine & Horne Springfield over many years. Michelle impressed with her knowledge of the house and the departing and incoming tenants.
