My property manager from Raine and Horne (Chloe) just makes everything so easy only has she found local qualified trades to sort issues at my property she goes the extra mile but getting the best price. Just another way she could help out the property owner. 10/10 Chloe and well done Raine and Horne this is the service I like.

Chantel has been amazing, as an owner who doesn’t live near the property, I needed help with coordinating repairs after a tenant issue. While the property was vacant Chantell helped me organise painting, repairs and a bathroom renovation, all over the phone. Great service and prompt communication every time.

Good communication throughout letting process. Took my situation into account when finding the right tennant. Professional, well organised, knowledgeable. Happy to work with again.

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person

Nothing is to difficult for them and has always helped us when there is an issue. The service is second to none and will always help you no matter what information you need relating to either sales or rentals

Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.

Nadine Kattan is an outstanding Rental Management Agent. We have appreciated her ability to maintain a direct and prompt line of communication at all times, which has been deeply appreciated.
