Great service, friendly staff, very efficient during the Rental Application process when comparing to other Realestate Office's during my Rental hunt. My Application was processed very fast, over and done with, signed and sealed while other Realestate Office's were only getting back to me a week after inspections and applications were done.

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
