This is my second time renting a property with Craig. Each time has been a stress free, efficient, professional and friendly Service. Everything ran so efficiently.

I had applied for interest in this property and they got back to me pretty quickly with dates when inspections were available, after we applied they were very quick to get our application approved so we could move in. Very quick to get things moving which is great if you need a place quickly.

From booking the inspection, being approved for the rental property, to signing the lease agreement, to picking up the keys! This has been the best experience with a real estate I have had in a long time. Received a phone call from Craig letting me know I had been approved followed by a welcome greeting from Craig to then a welcome phone call and email from Peter who is now my property manager. The communication has been above and beyond. The rental was listed available from the 2/01/2026 but they were able to move quick and I got the keys earlier just before Christmas! Looking forward to being a tenant with this real estate. Thanks team! 10/10
