Overview of Gorokan, NSW, 2263

Having being out of the rental market for so long Alana & Craig made the process so easy & clear, easing my anxiety. Communication was quick & efficent & I am so grateful for their help in securing a rental property.

Once we were approved to move in, the Brand team acted quickly to let us know. They made sure the grass was cut when we moved in, and had a company come in to clean the air con. The move in report was very detailed and fair, and included all the defects with photos.

Craig and Jess were very professional, friendly and well organised. They made moving easy and have great communication skills

Craig helped me rent out the property just within 1 week. Very very impressive. Thank you😄😄

This is my second time renting a property with Craig. Each time has been a stress free, efficient, professional and friendly Service. Everything ran so efficiently.

I had applied for interest in this property and they got back to me pretty quickly with dates when inspections were available, after we applied they were very quick to get our application approved so we could move in. Very quick to get things moving which is great if you need a place quickly.

From booking the inspection, being approved for the rental property, to signing the lease agreement, to picking up the keys! This has been the best experience with a real estate I have had in a long time. Received a phone call from Craig letting me know I had been approved followed by a welcome greeting from Craig to then a welcome phone call and email from Peter who is now my property manager. The communication has been above and beyond. The rental was listed available from the 2/01/2026 but they were able to move quick and I got the keys earlier just before Christmas! Looking forward to being a tenant with this real estate. Thanks team! 10/10
