I've had positive experience with Georgia. Georgia is proactive in following up tenant vacating, advertising, and signing up new tenant. Georgia is also proactive in following up regular inspection and issues from tenant. I really appreciate the fact that Georgia trying to answer any questions I have as promptly as possible. They were very good with communicating, whenever we had questions or wanted some information they were very quick to respond to emails. I never felt like we were left in the dark about anything that was going on, and it made the whole process a lot smoother.
