Easy process. Friendly staff. Hassle free move in.

Very professional and helpful. When maintenance is required they are fast to have someone take a look at it.

The team at Q Realty are fantastic property managers. They are very organised, efficient and work hard to ensure your property is professionally managed. The best thing is they work together as a team. I don't think you will find a better team that are as professional, transparent and knowledgeable about the market.

I had my property listed with another real estate agency for 4 weeks with no good results. After switching to Ray White AKG, Olivia (BDM) and Mikayla Grech (Property Manager) made a huge difference. Within just two inspections, I received two strong applications. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were both very helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Olivia and Mikayla to anyone looking for reliable property management services.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team than Bec Turner and Rebecca Ricketts. Bec Turner has gone above and beyond for us from day one, making the entire process of listing our property feel completely stress free, while also generously helping us with another investment property she doesn’t even manage. Her knowledge of the industry is exceptional, and from the very beginning we had complete trust in her experience and advice. Through the chaos of life with a newborn, Bec has been endlessly supportive, understanding, and always available whenever we’ve needed her. Her kindness, care, and genuine dedication truly set her apart. We’re so grateful to have had her by our side and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Rebecca Ricketts as our property manager has been nothing short of exceptional. We are impressed with the level of care and consideration we've been shown when arranging tenants for the property, and preserving the quality of our home. Rebecca's communication is clear, prompt and professional. She has personally updated us every step of the way and always has time to answer our questions and respond to our requests. We are very impressed with the quality of service we receive from Ray White AKG.

Great. Send property summary and detailed reports through when tenancy is up for review. Advocate for owners with rental prices reflected in market value. Property manager is excellent and reason review is rated so highly.

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person

Excellent experience from start to finish! Barbara’s team made the entire process of tenanting our property seamless and efficient. Kate is always prompt and attentive to every detail.
