We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. We have dealt with nearly everyone in Position One Coorparoo and have found all to be professional in their manner but also super friendly and honest. Thank you Position One Coorparoo!

Over many years of management of my properties I have found Harcourts Local Clayfield to be consistantly professional, communicative and helpful.

We have 3 properties that RWM manage for us. They have always been on top of everything. In particular, Brodie H is awesome at managing our properties. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver.

I previously had a disappointing experience with this agency due to the constant turnover of property managers and a lack of communication. At one point, I was seriously considering moving my property to another agency. However, things completely turned around when Brodie took over the management of my property. She has been absolutely fantastic — proactive, highly responsive, and always on top of things. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently gets things done efficiently.
