Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Thank you Kate for your good service,

I have been very happy with the management of my rental property by the SOCO team. The marketing resulted in great tenants. The online accounts are very easy to use and they communicate promptly with any issues or to my enquiries. They have excellent connections to reliable tradesmen if any issues or maintenance is required. I am happy to recommend SOCO to take the stress out of property management.

Rajnii has the most calming and professional manner I have ever encountered. During a stressful situation, she provided professional and reassuring guidance, helping me feel at ease and confident throughout the process. She consistently responds quickly and effectively—always answering any questions, clarifying my options, and making sure I fully understand what’s happening. She also gives immediate attention to any maintenance issues, ensuring things are handled promptly and properly. Rajnii also brings great negotiation skills. She advocates strongly while staying level-headed and respectful, and she works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. What sets Fair Street Reality apart is Rajnii’s excellent communication. She keeps me fully informed and lets me know everything I need to know in a timely manner, without delays or confusion. Most importantly, I can trust Rajnii completely to look after my best interests. The difference between Fair Street Reality and the other agents I’ve had is truly night and day. I genuinely believe they are the best agents in Australia.

Rajni always listens with compassion and goes above and beyond to find solutions to every issue. She is prompt to respond and always offers the best support.
