Firstly, they communicated in a professional manner. They were also understanding and listened carefully when we discussed and negotiated the matter.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Katy and the team. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Katy was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was looked after every step of the way. She was always responsive, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile whenever something needed attention.

Very helpful straight onto the landlord with my maintenance issues
Having my rental property managed by Baywest Real Estate was an easy and stress-free experience. Kylie Roberts and her team looked after the property as if it were their own, providing outstanding service over the 10 years it was a rental. When it came time to sell, the sales team achieved an incredible result, selling the property in just 3 days. I cannot rate Kylie Roberts and the entire Baywest team highly enough and would highly recommend them.
