Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Thank you Karen McKenzie for everything & to Elders Real Estate too would highly recommend them . Thankyou

My experience was very good throughout the hole process

I use this agency to manage multiple properties and find them to be efficient and effective.

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.
