Unfortunately, our experience with Highland Sutherland was not as positive as we had expected. As new tenants moving into the property, we received very little guidance regarding basic utilities such as electricity, gas, water and internet/NBN. We had to work out most of these arrangements ourselves Overall, the process felt quite transactional and impersonal. Communication was generally polite, but we did not feel particularly supported during the move-in process. Compared with our previous experience renting through another agency, this experience has unfortunately been much less smooth and reassuring. We hope the level of communication and support for new tenants can be improved in the future.
