Due to a sudden opportunity to relocate ... I rapidly realised I was going to become/needed to be a landlord, and in a very short space of time (over the Christmas/New Year period). I find the more experienced staff are more capable. I would like to see younger members of the team receive more mentoring in terms of skills and knowledge so they can better deal with the complexities of property management.
