Overview of Heathcote, NSW, 2233

I've unfortunately leased a few homes in my time. I think at this stage i have experienced most real estates in the shire with varying levels of support. Shire Agents is completely different. Shire Agents actually care. I have recently (not my current lease) been through arguably one of the worst situations you can experience in a rental (through no fault of the real estate or myself). Not only were they compassionate throughout, they advocated for me even when they were confronted with resistance. They were able to maintain a positive relationship with myself as the tenant and the owner who was placed in a difficult position as well. Their communication was clear and non-confrontational, their negotiation skill were top notch and their professionalism ensured that the owner & tenant were supported whilst they fought for both our rights against a strata. I have now leased 3 properties through them over the last 10 years & will continue to do so, as they treat you like a human rather than income for someone else mortgage like other real estates tend to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shire Agents to anyone in the shire who wants to be treated like a human whilst renting.

Very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. The documentation was thorough and well prepared, providing clear protection for both parties. A trustworthy company that delivers a high standard of service. If I ever need an agent in the future, I will definitely think of this company because of their attention to detail and excellent service.

Due to a sudden opportunity to relocate ... I rapidly realised I was going to become/needed to be a landlord, and in a very short space of time (over the Christmas/New Year period). All with zero knowledge or experience. Eeekk! I could not have been referred to a better Property Management Agent! Bec and her team from the photographer to the maintenance/inspection manager were nothing but approachable, honest, reliable and extremely respectful. We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The process of finding a tenant for our property was very easy and very simple thanks to Jasmine. Extremely recommended
