Excellent communication regarding tenants

The whole process was dealt with in the matter of a couple of days not weeks like some of the other real estate companies

Great communication and amazingly helpful. Very thorough entry condition report.

Thank you Nicole, Tarnya and the rest of One Agency team for your excellent service!

I've had a great experience with Sophie as my PM. Everything get's done in a timely manner and her response is quick. Thanks

Sophie has made the process for my family leaving our own home behind, relocating 3000 kms away and re-entering the rental market after years of being home owners SO EASY. Sophie was able to walk me through the application process with her industry knowledge and was able to answer queries that we had about the region that saved us so much time in chasing things up and it meant that our move was super smooth - Sophie was easy to communicate with and when a few things went astray (10 hours into a 30 hour cross country drive with 4 kids and 2 dogs) I accidentally filled my car with petrol instead of diesel, then after getting back on the road after 4 hours of midnight mechanics my daughter hit a kangaroo and wrote her car off, this meant arriving to collect the keys to our new home was going to be some time during the night - Sophie was flexible and prompt in finding a solution and saving the day and ensuring we would still have a roof over our head. Sophie was also able to sketch a floor plan of the property from memory within the same day that I requested it so I could plan for furniture needs. It was pretty accurate to Sophie! Walking into the property was a huge relief - the power was on, the house was very clean and well presented, such a huge relief! I actually look forward to this chapter of my life renting and the only thing that would make the situation better would be if Sophie could be the property manager for my house in Victoria as I am about to rent it out and am seeking a person who has the same skills and professionalism and the hard to find personality that makes a property manager easy to approach with any queries. I don’t dread or feel like I need to avoid contact with Sophie, she is just that special sort of person.

Jazmin is fantastic! She is proactive, respectful, caring, responsive, attentive, a great communicator, and super effective. Never had a better property manager and would easily recommended her and the team to anyone looking for a PM in the Townsville region.

Kerrie Smith from Belle Property was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our experience. The other staff members were also very supportive and handled all of our enquiries smoothly and professionally. Everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. The property we leased through Belle Property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and affordable. It’s clear that Belle Property provides excellent service to its customers. We really appreciate all their assistance and hope they continue their great work. Thank you to Kerrie and the entire team for making the process so smooth and pleasant!

I’ve had a great experience with my property manager Jazmin and can confidently say that strong communication, reliability and trust have been some of her biggest strengths. Managing investment properties often comes with tight timelines and unexpected situations, and I really value knowing that jaz steps up and finds a way forward, particularly when it comes to securing tenants in challenging or time sensitive scenarios like the past couple weeks. What stands out most is her ability to quickly assess a situation, communicate effectively with all parties and get the best outcome for everyone. She is proactive, responsive and solution focused, and genuinely understands how to create a win win situation. Its what make someone like Jazmin I trust and, in my opinion, a truly reputable property manager
