As supervisor Julianne ensures all the cogs continue to turn and provides training and guidance to our fantastic team of people at Helen Munro Property. Working in such a fast pace environment every day and having 4 children doesn't leave much spare time, but when Julianne does have some time to relax, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and friends.

Quick response times to any messages and enquiries - always down to help to their best ability

Almost 2 months into my rental with Helen Munro So far all of the staff have been amazing with quick responses and help to any questions we had Even with the change of how payment is taken the staff have made it so easy to swap over and provided any needed guidance and assistance required

Amazing market knowledge had our property rented in weeks to great tenants

From the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands with the team at Helen Munro Real Estate. This is out first investment property and given we are based in Melbourne it was a huge leap for us to purchase in Townsville. We wanted our property to be managed by locals who know the Townsville rental market, what works and can deliver value for money. Our two properties were rented to quality tenants in three weeks. Communication has been excellent with our numerous questions answered quickly and professionally.
