Overview of Helensburgh, NSW, 2508

I cannot recommend Olivia highly enough as a property manager. She is truly amazing at what she does. Her communication is always prompt, clear, and professional, and she has a wonderful "can-do" attitude - nothing is ever too much trouble or an issue for her. She regularly goes above and beyond expectations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Communication has been great, easy to work with and they’ve worked hard to ensure the right tenants were selected. I had a bad experience with previous real estate and tenants, so am really satisfied with their dedication and commitment to ensuring my property is in good hands. I’m confident recommending R&H Helensburgh to other property owners for managing their rental properties.

Olivia made what can be a really stressful process feel easy from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, honest and genuinely supportive throughout securing our new home in Helensburgh. Communication was always clear, and she went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly. We truly appreciated how approachable and efficient she was during the whole process. Thank you Olivia for helping us secure such a beautiful home for our little family we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter!

I would recommend Olivia and Julie to anyone - they make a great team with a wealth of knowledge and excellent communicators. They are honest and incredibly easy to deal with.

Olivia has been an absolutely incredible property manager. Her communication is always clear and prompt, she’s proactive, and genuinely personable, she takes the time to help and is just a pleasure to deal with. She’s leaps and bounds above any previous agency we’ve dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to both renters and landlords!

Always available and knowledgeable about all things to do with leasing. Made it easy and I felt confident they were able to answer all queries.

Being a first time renter, the girls in this office made everything easy. From the first visit straight off the street to collecting the keys to my new home, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Olivia took on leasing out my home just before Christmas which was already busy enough with everything going on with moving houses but she made everything a breeze and no query or request was too hard for her. She worked around my schedules and found a tenant just before the year wrapped up for all the fun and festivities! Olivia is polite, professional and absolutely wonderful to work with! R&H you have a rockstar within your team!

Olivia made the whole process so easy. Her knowledge of the area and the property was fantastic. She helped us out and made the move stress free.

After a less than satisfactory experience with our previous rental manager, we signed up with the team at Raine and Horne Helensburgh and haven't looked back. It was a very smooth and quick transition to finding new tenants, who have been fantastic. Olivia has been diligent with property inspections and keeping us advised with any ongoing matters, albeit these have been few our current tenants. She is always friendly and approachable.
