This saved us a lot of time, effort and money and we are so appreciative of this. Even during our 6 week renovation, Tiana was contactable for help and guidance - we cant put a value on how much this helped us. As we completed the renovation, Tiana came and helped us through the last few hurdles and we didn't think twice about listing our property with The Walmsley Group. Finding a tenant was seamless - Tiana's knowledge and guidance on tenants and understanding what to look for meant that we felt comfortable with her recommendations. We ended up with a secure lease with a great tenant for a 16 month period - we couldn't ask for more!
