Usually I have found the rental section of an agency forgets that people renting are potential customers re buying property and consequently I have witnessed property managers treat people in a shocking manner. It's like a disconnect between those members of staff dealing with rental properties and those selling. Every renter is a potential buyer. Often you're treated as an inconvenience by property managers but my experience with Kristie was quite the opposite ... great expertise, great knowledge of the area and brilliant service.
