I can’t compliment the crew from Elevate particularly Faith and Paige enough for their commitment to getting a result with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of communication. It’s rare to find proper management as efficient as this group

The team at Elevate rapidly found a tenant for my rental property after a tenant requested to break lease ensuring no vacant time for my property. A suitable tenant was found the same week as the notice was received.

Rochelle made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free with her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach. She kept me informed every step of the way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with—I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience.

Greg was fantastic about showing off all aspects of the rental and answering questions about the building, amenities, unit, and even estimated utility costs. He processed my application very quickly and always updates me well in advance regarding inspections. Have had no issues since moving into the rental.

It's been great, always attentive towards issues or when send a message they replied quickly.

Smart Solutions Property Management is professional and offers great service! I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by the account manager. I'll definitely turn to them for renting or buying properties in the future! 👍👍👍
