We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home.
