We were recommended Vine to manage our home by several friends who have rental properties in the Hendra area. We have had the stress of moving our family interstate, and we’re so thankful that Caroline and the team have gone above and beyond to alleviate the stress of letting out our home so we can focus on the move. From the first meeting with Jess to now, we are continually impressed and thankful for their professionalism, patience and advice. They even organised additional call outs for smoke alarm and other compliance checks as when we didn’t have time. I cannot recommend the team at Vine enough! We honestly couldn’t be happier.

Brendon is very committed to his work. He makes the time to talk about different aspects of property management and is very patient in addressing any questions or concerns. He is very knowledgeable in this field and is always a step ahead. He is a pleasure to work with. James is hands-on and dedicated to providing a pleasant experience from his team and himself. Great team, great agency.

I have had the pleasure of leasing out my new investment property through Ray White Carina and everyone I dealt with were a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. Kylie assisted with setting up the lease and finding tenants promptly and Samantha is currently managing the property. They are both fantastic to deal with and it's refreshing to work with professionals who go above and beyond to promptly respond to your queries, even outside of their normal working hours. Thanks Kylie and Samantha.
