Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

Overall, I must say that I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that you exhibited throughout the process. From our initial communication to the final signing of the lease agreement, you were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
